What are the house rules?

Guests must be 25 or older to rent. No parties or events. Dogs are welcome (up to 2) subject to our pet policy and an additional charge. Cats and other animals are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors — a $1,000 fine applies. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.

Yes. All beds are made up with fresh linens and bath towels are provided for all guests.

Yes — we provide a crib and high chair for the convenience of guests traveling with little ones. You are also welcome to bring your own.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties. A $1,000 fine will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking. Guests may smoke outdoors away from the structure.

What happens if a natural disaster affects my stay?

As part of our rental agreement process, we offer guests the option to purchase trip insurance through our partner. Once you book, you’ll receive instructions to secure coverage directly through them. We strongly recommend taking advantage of it to protect your trip against natural disasters, emergencies, and events outside your control.

Exterior security cameras are present at all entry points to ensure the safety of guests and the property. There are no cameras inside the home.

Booking directly saves you money. Third-party platforms charge guests significant service fees — often 10–15%. Booking directly also gives you a direct line to our team for the best support.

Our rates are set based on demand and seasonality — similar to how hotels price their rooms. Rates adjust based on time of year, local events, and how far out you’re booking. Booking direct always gets you the best available rate without platform markups.
