  • Booking Terms & Policies
    We require 20% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee: $400 Security Deposit: A $1000 Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 48 hours after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. Cancellations 100% refund of amount payable if canceled 30 days or more from day of arrival. 50% refund of amount payable if canceled between 14 to 30 days from day of arrival. No refund if canceled within 14 days from day of arrival. We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstances There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.
  • Rental Agreement and House Rules
    The agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking to keep from cancellation. All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund. -Up to 22 guests permitted -Must be at least 25 years old to rent and must stay in the property every night of the booked dates. -Check-in: After 4:00 PM -Checkout: 10:00 AM -Self check-in with keypad -No smoking -Pets okay; Guest must review and agree to follow Pet Rules in the Rental Agreement -No parties or events -Use swimming pool and hot tub at your own risk
